I have been working with Leanne for about a year now, I can honestly say it's life changing! I was eating irregularly, skipping meals like breakfast, being unsure of what to eat every day and making poor decisions which were all negatively impacting my goals to reach my desired weight an body fat percentage even though I was working out an doing cardio almost everyday. With Leanne she helps build a plan suited to my own personal needs to help get me to where I can not only see the results physically but also feel them with far more energy then before. Knowing I send a email update to Leanne once a week also mentally helps keep me in check as I have someone who I report to once a week that is helping guide me to my goals. I find the meal plans to be quick and easy and have helped add variety into what I eat as the meal plans do change based on your progress. If you are going on vacation or eating out for whatever reason Leanne will help guide you with what decisions to make when you are not able to prepare your meals which really helps keep you on track. The progress has been so great I plan to use Leanne for my nutrition for an unknown length of time as I do not want to discontinue something so beneficial in my life.

I played hockey for the first time after our Plyometrics sessions just an hour ago. I felt a lot stronger on my feet than before. I wasn't huffing and puffing like I did before. Every time I got a little tired I did quick wall squats and I was back to running. My biggest improvement was turning a corner I was able to pivot a lot faster and turn into the next running position. When running one direction and needed to run in the opposite I was able to jump to the other direction on the foot I stopped on with a lot more force like I had my stabilizers in check the single leg jumps really helped out there the ones I loved to do.

When I met Yelena she was teaching a dance class at Steve Nash. I was in great shape working out 4 days a week getting strong and muscular … so I thought. We went for lunch one day and she told me she was competing, then and there she some how ended up being my coach and I tell you this beautiful, knowledgeable Russian woman got me to compete in my first competition ever and I placed 3rd. I really had to drop my ego and man up. I decided to put 110% trust in her. She taught me so much how to have proper form using light weight at first and slowly progress until I hit my personal best benching over 300 as well as squatting over 300lbs and over 700 lbs in leg press with proper form. I never thought I would be a jogger but Yelena got me running outdoors for the very first time. Her in-depth knowledge of Plyometrics is a valuable asset to a personal training program. From improved balance and power, I was running faster and building strength which then progressed to weight training. I also never thought I could transform my body to leg press near 3 times my body weight, and still getting stronger. Yelena gets results!

I began to train with Yelena a few months ago. I had 3 goals in mind, one was to improve flexibility, the second was to improve my level of energy and the third one was to remove back, neck, knee and hip pains due to stress, lack of exercise and previous falls and car accidents. I am pleased to say that together with her skills, tenacity, and research to find what would help me the most in terms of exercises to strengthen my back. She suggested working every muscle that supports my back and spine. The results are amazing as I do not need to go to the Chiropractor every 3-5 weeks. I really like my Chiropractor, don't get me wrong, however without exercising he could not do much more. Yelena worked with me on posture, body balance, and lifestyle. The results are: level of body stress much much lower, flexibility improved by 70% and my level of energy is almost through the roof. The bonus of all of this I was able to release over 10 lbs by not working on weight loss and begin to sculpt parts of my body.I am very grateful for having met Yelena 3 years ago and for having her helping me improving my health.
