In 2013, I found my dream job as a Personal Trainer and since then I have really enjoyed helping people transform their lives.Through my work, I help my clients to not only get into better physical shape but also show them how the ability to control the body and the ability to control the thought process are connected, which in turn connects them with their surroundings. People are truly fascinating and sometimes they just need to be reminded of that.

In January 2016, I finished the Fitness Leadership Diploma Program and became a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Training Instructor. I won 2nd place in the Leigh Brandt Muscle Classic Bikini Masters 2016 and placed 5th in Kelowna Classic 2017.

I'm passionate about my job and love to help others achieve their goals and be proud of themselves. Helping my clients build a beautiful, strong and healthy body and raise their self-esteem motivates me to stay in shape as well.

I believe that fitness is essential to everyone who wants to live a functional life. My passion for the health and fitness industry began when I attended the University of the Fraser Valley, where I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology while playing soccer and kickboxing competitively. Since then, I have been involved in the fitness industry with experience in Kinesiology, Rehabilitation with ICBC and WCB clients, Personal Training, Bootcamp, Plyometric Training, Sport Program Design, Indoor Cycling, Postural Assessment and Musculoskeletal Testing.
